Everything you asked us
Twelve answers covering scope, money, timelines and what happens once the site is live. If yours is not here, the team replies within one business day.
Five practices, 45 services, all delivered in-house: design and development, cloud hosting, digital marketing, branding and graphic design, and animation. That means one team can take a brand from its first logo through to a live store, the hosting under it and the campaigns driving traffic to it — without you managing four suppliers who blame each other.
It depends on how many unique templates you need, whether you are selling online, and which systems the site has to talk to. Fixed-scope packages with full feature lists and prices are published on the relevant service pages — website design, logo design, Shopify, e-commerce and SEO among them. Anything outside a package is quoted after a short discovery call, against your real requirements rather than a guess.
A focused marketing website is usually 4–8 weeks. An online store on a standard platform runs 6–10 weeks. Portals, learning platforms and web applications with integrations typically take 12–20 weeks. Branding and animation work is shorter — logo concepts land within days. Every timeline is split into milestones you sign off as we go, so the schedule stays visible rather than being a promise made once at kickoff.
Yes. On final payment you own the source code, the design files, the content we produced and every asset created for you, handed over with documentation and full admin access. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing locked to our accounts. If you later move the work to an in-house team or another agency, everything they need goes with it.
WordPress and Laravel for most content and business sites, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and Magento for commerce, and React or Next.js where a richer front end genuinely earns its keep. Mobile work is Flutter or React Native. We recommend a stack after discovery, based on who maintains the site and how custom the functionality needs to be — not before, and never because it is the one we happen to like.
That is the normal case for a redesign. Before anything goes live we map every existing URL to its new destination, carry metadata and structured data across, keep internal linking intact and publish the redirects with the launch. Afterwards we monitor crawl, indexation and ranking data for several weeks and fix anything that moves the wrong way. Traffic you have already earned should come with you, not be rebuilt from zero.
We do. Shared, VPS, dedicated and managed cloud hosting are all available, alongside server maintenance, security hardening, backups, uptime monitoring and patching. If you would rather stay on your current host, that is fine too — we will deploy there and document the setup so your team is not dependent on us to keep the lights on.
Technical SEO is part of every build at no extra cost: clean semantic markup, fast Core Web Vitals, crawlable structure, sitemaps, schema and metadata in place before launch. Ongoing work — keyword targeting, content, link building and monthly reporting — is a separate SEO programme, usually run in six-month cycles because rankings do not move meaningfully in four weeks. One does not replace the other.
Two full revision rounds on designs, plus unlimited small adjustments once the direction is approved. Several of our packages carry unlimited revisions on the build itself. What is quoted separately is a structural change — a new section type, a different page architecture, a feature nobody mentioned at scoping — so the cost of a genuine change of mind is visible rather than quietly absorbed into the schedule.
Regularly. Our clients are across the US, UK, Canada and Germany, and our 200+ specialists cover enough of the clock that there is always an overlap with your working day. Projects run on shared boards with scheduled calls, so nothing depends on catching someone live. Our US office is at 113 S Perry Street, Suite 206, Lawrenceville GA 30046.
Less than most people expect. For a first conversation: what you sell, who you sell it to, what the current site does badly and roughly when you need it live. Once work begins we will ask for brand assets if they exist, access to your domain and hosting, and a point of contact who can approve things. If content is the bottleneck — it usually is — our writers can produce it rather than letting the project stall.
Work is billed against milestones — a deposit to begin, then staged payments as each signed-off stage completes, with the balance due at handover. Packages state their own terms, and several include a moneyback guarantee. To start, send us your goals and current platform through the form on this page or call (404) 369-0923. You will get an approach, a timeline and a realistic estimate within one business day — no obligation attached.
